What are the delivery options?
All orders are shipped via our trusted third-party delivery partner, God is Good Logistics (GIGL). As we maintain stock in multiple warehouses nationwide, this method provides the most efficient delivery service.
Which states do you deliver to?
We currently ship to all states and locations serviced by our third-party shipping company.
What are your shipping coverage zones?
We have a presence in 85 locations across 30 states nationwide. Our delivery zones are categorized into 6 regions, based on the distance from the dispatch station to the destination location.

Zone 1: Example – (Within Lagos)
Zone 2: Lagos to other states – Auchi (AUC), Ekpoma (EKP), Warri (QRW), Benin (BNI), Ilorin (ILR), Ibadan (IBA), Akure (AKE), Asaba (ASA), Osogbo (OSO), Sango Ota (OTA), Abeokuta (ABK), Onitsha (ONA).
Zone 3: Lagos to other states – Aba (ABA), Abuja (ABV), Enugu (ENU), Owerri (ORI), Port Harcourt (PHC), Yenagoa (YEN), Umuahia (UHA), Awka (AWK), Uyo (UYO), Calabar (CBQ), Abakaliki (ABL).
Zone 4: Lagos to other states – Kano (KAN), Kaduna (KAD), Minna (MNA), Zaria (ZRI), Jos (JOS), Makurdi (MDI), Lafia (LFA).
Home Delivery
We offer Home Delivery in 19 locations for shipments within the size range of a Standard Courier Box. These locations include:
Abuja (ABV), Port Harcourt (PHC), Asaba (ASA), Owerri (ORI), Ilorin (ILR), Lagos (LOS), Onitsha (ONA), Akure (AKE), Abeokuta (ABK), Osogbo (OSO), Ibadan (IBA), Benin (BNI), Kaduna (KAD), Abakaliki (ABL), Enugu (ENU), Warri (QRW), Jos (JOS), Kano (KAN), Awka (AWK).
Shipments to all other locations will be available for Terminal Pickup.
Home Delivery for Large Shipments
Large shipments can be delivered to the following locations only:
Lagos (LOS), Kaduna (KAD), Jos (JOS), Kano (KAN), Abuja (ABV), Port Harcourt (PHC), Benin (BNI), Ibadan (IBA), Osogbo (OSO).
Orders exceeding 5kg will incur an additional charge. If your order weighs more than 5kg, we will contact you directly.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are typically packaged and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order using GIGL. The usual delivery time frame is between 3 to 5 business days, though you may receive your items sooner.
Each order is shipped with a tracking number, so you can monitor its progress at every stage. Please note that packages may experience delays beyond our control, such as third-party service disruptions.
