What is your returns policy?

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

  • Items must be undamaged, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to exchange your item for another.

Can I exchange my item for a different one?

Yes! You can exchange your item for a different one, provided:

  • The returned item is in good condition.

  • The new item is within the same price range.

Since we do not offer refunds, exchanges must be for items of equal value.

Do you offer free returns?

Unfortunately, no. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What if I received the wrong size?

We apologize if you received the wrong size. Our sizing follows EU standards, and we ensure accurate listings.

  • If the mistake is on our end, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the mistake is not from us, the return and re-delivery fees will be your responsibility.

What if my item is faulty?

We’re sorry to hear you received a faulty item. No worries!

  • Attach clear images of the faulty item.

  • We’ll review the issue and provide a resolution.

How long does it take to process my return?

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. However, in some cases, it may take up to 14 days after we receive your returned item(s).
If you haven’t received your replacement item after 14 days, please contact us at contact@glowsilk.ng with proof of return postage, and we’ll investigate further.

How can I track my return status?

  • Once we receive your return at our warehouse, you’ll receive an email notification.

  • Once your exchange has been processed, you’ll receive another email confirming re-delivery.

  • Delivery of your exchanged item typically takes 3-5 working days, depending on your location.
